Hazardous substances and petroleum products can make a property harmful to human health and the environment in the event of a release. Investigation and remediation at these release sites are dictated by governmental agencies like Nebraska Department of Environment and Energy (NDEE, formerly NDEQ), Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE), and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). MILCO has a strong working relationship with these agencies, regularly collaborating to evaluate, manage, and remediate impacted sites.
